A classic safari which offers all the main highlights of Northern Tanzania. The accommodations used are the Sopa lodges, which offer international standards of comfort in some of the best locations for year around wildlife viewing. Taking in Tanzania’s most famous game areas of the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire, you will experience a variety of landscapes and terrain as well as the huge diversity of animals and birds. In addition to seeing some of the greatest concentration of wildlife on earth, you will also visit the site of some of man’s earliest ancestors at Olduvai Gorge.

Day 1 Arusha to Tarangire
After lunch you will drive to Tarangire with an afternoon game drive.

Day 2 Tarangire to Serengeti
Drive to the Serengeti, with game viewing on route
Dinner and overnight Serengeti Sopa Lodge

Day 3 Serengeti
Morning and afternoon game drive.

Day 4 Serengeti to Ngorongoro
Drive to Ngorongoro, stopping off at Olduvai Gorge on route.

Day 5 Ngorongoro
Descend into the Crater floor for a game drive and picnic lunch

Day 6 Ngorongoro to Arusha
Drive to Arusha, arriving in time for lunch
